AltCAD.
IntelliCAD is a clone of AutoCAD, whose technology is held by ITC consortium . Many companies develop from this technology their own version of IntelliCAD. The interest of this program, in addition to its compatibility with Autodesk's Dwg format, is its low price: for approximately half the price of AutoCAD LT, you can open AutoCAD files, print them etc. The interface is the same one as that of AutoCAD, as well as the commands. Moreover, according to the version proposed, personalization is possible thanks to the presence of programming languages such as Lisp, Visual BASIC, C++. The add-ons written for AutoCAD can thus function in theory with IntelliCAD.
