All orders placed at the Ultimate 3D Links 3DShop online store are shipped to locations within the United States at no charge via UPS or FedEx. Delivery times average 2-5 days.

You may check the status of your order at any time via email to sales@3DLinks.com

Office hours are from 8:30am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. Orders received after 3:00pm Monday through Friday will not be shipped until the following business day.

Sales and Return Policy

Ultimate 3D Links 3DShop offers a conditional 30-day return policy on all products available here provided:

Software is not returnable if the box or CD shrink wrap seal has been compromised.
Defective software can be returned for exchange ONLY!
Defective hardware should be returned to the manufacturer in accordance with the Manufacturers warranty. Where no such warranty exists, Ultimate 3D Links 3DShop will provide a full 30 day replacement warranty.
All returns must include a Return ID obtainable by first contacting Ultimate 3D Links 3DShop at sales@3DLinks.com
All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee

Your credit card will not be charged until the order has been shipped.

If the product you have ordered is not currently in stock, you will be notified immedietly via email with an estimated delivery date. You will have the option of cancelling the order, or waiting for the shipment.
