Poor Pluto
With Earth as the leader, the planets of the Solar System has turned against poor Pluto excluding him from their group of planets.
This image is build upon recent events in which Pluto has been degraded to a "dwarf planet". It is now no longer part of the classic lines of planets. It's strange when you've been able to memorize the planets ever since you were a kid, and for the future will have to leave this poor little icy rock out. :(
I liked doing a smaller project for a change. I had this simple idea, and worked on/off for about a week on completing this image. I had great fun stuffing as many little funny details into the image as I could, and I hope you enjoy this image as much as I enjoyed making it!

Fight to the end
I have been using blender for about a month now and decided to try making something worth looking at. So this is what I came up with, its not much, simple lighting and what not, but its a start. Oh an before you start to critisize, Im only 13 years old, so please take that into perspective.

Who am I?
Maybe some day the robots will ask themselves about their own identity. This is the concept of "Who am I?"
The work is modelled in Blender and rendered with its internal raytracer. Just two lights: a bluish area light in the TFT and a warm soft spot on top.
I made two renders, one of them just to obtain an alpha mask for the foreground, and then I put the background very little out of focus with Photoshop.
Any comments will be welcome!

altruism
I did this entry in a little challenge over 2 months with the strange and mind boggling theme "Surreal Reality".
"altruism" has a surrealistic touch to it and a deep message flowing through it as well. It depicts an in my opinion very important part of life, reality, in a surrealistic and symbolic way. Ultimately, it's up to the spectator what he/she feels it is about.

Thirsty?
Done for a compositing challenge in the Danish 3D community at 3dmaxer.dk. We had a week to complete this, and in the voting this entry won.
We were given a photo to use as a plate to put anything we wanted into. My eyes caught the water hose and a cactus that looked human in the background, and from there the idea of a thirsty cactus desperate to get water developed.
I rendered out different passes from Blender, and composited and retouched a bit in Photoshop. Before putting the 3D in, I had retouched the original photo, removing all flowers and giving the whole thing a more worn out appearence to fit the mood better.
